We install through MCS-certified partners. MCS certification is required for Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) payments. Your MCS certificate is posted to you after commissioning.

Solar panels require very little maintenance — rain keeps them clean in most cases. If you notice a drop in output or a fault indicator, call us and we will arrange a visit from our installation partner. Inverter firmware updates are applied remotely where supported.

Contact us first — we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If you are not satisfied, you can escalate through our complaints procedure. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can get impartial consumer advice from Advice Direct Scotland (consumeradvice.scot).
